Plan for YouTube publishing, thanks to the video

• 36 videos in 2025
• 9 videos a quarter
• 3 videos a month
• 1 video every 10 days

Overall goal is to build a system to make publishing content on YouTube easier and more reliable. Content includes both videos and community posts.

For each video I’ll need

• an IDEA!
• an outline…which includes
  • overall idea of video
  • at least one thumbnail idea
  • at least one title
  • description
• a script
• artwork
• find music if necessary
• pre/post community post ideas
• other online content (bluesky, michaelmaitlen bloc)

Then I need to voice over the script, film the artwork, most likely edit artwork into thumbnail, edit parts of video together, upload to YouTube with all the parts, publish!
